Nehil In order to comply with Amazon's rules, I need to state that I was given an advance copy of this book for the purpose review (but I would have paid money for it if I hadn't). I loved this book. I literally read this book in one sitting with breaks for the restroom and meals...completely absorbed. I have enjoyed Ms. O'Malley's series thus far and encourage readers to begin at the beginning with Wild Irish Roots; however, the book can be read as a stand alone.This is Morgan's story. Morgan is a young woman with incredible talents who has been dealt a very rough hand early in life. She has been given a chance at happiness, romance, friendship, and family if she will only reach out and embrace it. Throughout the book Morgan works to accept herself, the gifts of her birthright, and the blossoming romance with Patrick, the young man who tends bar at the local pub. Under the careful eye of the village healer and matriarch, Fiona, she learns to control and refine her powers. When tragedy comes to the gentle village she will have to choose to step into her full potential or risk the consequences of tragedy.The flow of this book is wonderful and the author paints a beautiful picture of Ireland that makes the heart yearn for the beautiful green hills and gentle fields of that beautiful island. The characters are well developed and make you want to pour a cup of hot strong tea (perhaps with a drop of the Irish), curl up on the couch, and chat a while. The romance and sex are well written and appropriate, without losing heat, and I appreciated the mention of safe sex (often missing in romance books).If you love a good book with strong female characters of all ages, if you need to mentally take a tour through the beautiful land and sea of Ireland, if you enjoy a wonderful modern myth, or if you simply need to lose yourself in a good book for the afternoon, I urge you to purchase and read Wild Irish Rebel and the preceding titles in this series. You will not be disappointed.
6 of 6 people found the following review helpful. Well worth the time. By Janet Ramis Each of the Mystic Cove Series has been a joy to read. I love that they can be read on their own, yet, the subtle references to past experiences brings in another dimension in the story. Looking forward to more.

It had everything acceptance, family, love. I was so excited to read after feeling like I waited forever for it lol. I would recommend this book to everyone and suggest you read them all especially the first novella. I can't wait for the nest installment. Keep up tge great work Tricia!
