It may take me a while to do all the exercises, but that's a good thing because it shows there's so much substance here and so much more for me to learn about myself and how to LIVE YES in my own life.
3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. A Gentle Guide to Inner Peace By Robert S. Altizer Enlightening and entertaining. Honest and practical, challenging, and, above all, encouraging. Wish I had discovered this book, and this author, years ago.
2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Great book. Yes to Living Yes. By Julianna Padgett I have a disclaimer - I have known the author , a practicing psychotherapist, for many years. While I knew Mark was writing a book, I am absolutely impressed with the final product. It is an exceptional guide to creating internal balance, and being able to respond lovingly and honestly to our human situations. I like that It's not about being positive, but about knowing our own truth..."it's a set of techniques to reveal our resistance and then accept the core truth of the situation." With wonderful charts, diagrams, illustrations, I think you'll find this book full of insight and very useful exercises. Highly recommended.
