Grieg Lodge Remembers gives the broadest perspective of what it was like, due to the fact that it contains the individual stories of a variety of survivors of the German occupation. I highly recommend it to those who wish to learn what their friends and relatives lived through during the five darkest years of Norwegian history.

A fascinating read!The small details of life in the middle of German occupation and the creativity of the individuals' resistance is inspiring and fascinating. It's an adventure tale of life in a time when one's choices had serious consequences.
