By Bill Murray This is a great book to keep on your kindle and browse through from time to time when you're feeling under pressure. The introduction goes into detail about the ins and outs of stress and why it's not all bad for you. This opening section really sets up the rest of the book and makes it very easy to understand. The great thing about the second part of the book is that you can just dip in and out of the stress-relieving exercises and try as many or as few as you like. There are around 80 to try so you won't find yourself endlessly repeating the same exercises. We all see stress tips and the like on the internet but never remember to bookmark the page or really pay attention to the details of the article. That's why I bought this book - all the information is nicely tied together in one place.

While some of us have better tools for dealing with it than others, it still exists and I'm always looking for better ways to combat stress when it comes up for me. This is where Graham Alexander's book "Stress Destroyers" excels. This is a fantastic book that has over eighty different methods for dealing with stress. A few of these I have heard of, and practiced, before but many of them I have not and am finding such relief and solace in some of these novel ideas. Really great stuff here.

This is a very powerful guide which is simply so effective and practicing the methods, I am benefited. For leading our modern life, the guidelines and techniques are very useful.One can easily say goodbye to the negative effects of stress by following this guide. How to remove stress, this book disclosed more than eighty methods. Graham Alexander wrote this book so nicely, which is easy to understand. I must recommend "Stress Destroyers" to get rid off from stress.
