A fond and semi-autobiographical look at some of the main tourist attractions and activities in North Wales, Llandudno and Snowdonia based around my experiences of visiting each and every one of those I have featured in this book. Their main features, their history, travel information and more…… I have visited North Wales many times throughout my life starting with family holidays to Llandudno in the 1970s when I was quite young. The whole region is wonderful. Beautiful, historic, traditional and with many wonderful things to see and do. My memories of those old family holiday and the many subsequent visits have given me the inspiration to put this semi-autobiographical book together so I can introduce you to the marvellous North Wales region and what a great place it is to visit for a holiday. Or perhaps you are interested in the history of the region. I cover both aspects – travel and history – inside. I have written about my favourite places to visit in North Wales, Llandudno and Snowdonia including photographs – some of which are my own from the 1970s so you get something of a look back in time to what Llandudno in particular looked like back then. Inside the book you have my take on many of the excellent sights in the region based on my own visits to Llandudno itself and then venturing out to other places such as Anglesey, Mount Snowdon, Portmeirion, the slate mines and many more.Just some of the North Wales and Snowdonia attraction and places to visit you will read about inside are:

Its to inspire you like it did him. How can you be so critical of that? I loved meeting my father's Welsh peoples as he died this year and I got to see his ancestors finally . Garys book helped me explain with photos what Id seen. You see, my memory card was bad and I'd lost mine. Gary....you did good and sod on the haters......ha ha ha. Murf

A bit superficial, but kind of charming By alyk An endearing reminiscence of travels as a child (who clearly really liked trains and trams) but not that information filled, and missing the details that can be so helpful in these self published pamphlets by locals, like directions and where to park and eat.
