The healthiest way to smoke By Patrick The author of this book put emphasis on the fact that people put way too much focus on the harmful effects of smoking and quitting altogether instead of how one can go about maintaining their health in the long term. Anyone who refuses or can't stop smoking for whatever reason owes this book a read, as it goes over every preventable measure to counter and combat the harmful side effects of smoking. I found this book well written and easy to follow. Even people who don't smoke could find the health tips throughout useful and apply them. Would recommend this to anyone looking to improve their long term.

Despite much effort, I am unable to quit smoking. This book has proved to be a blessing. Although, the book is brief, its idea and advice is very effective. It presents such tips, which can be adopted in our routine, where you do not need special foods, vitamins or medicines. Its emphasis on anti-toxic and anti-oxidant diet rightly placed. A very simple and convincing language is used.
