By Marta Wow, reading this book was probably the best thing I have done for myself in months, it is a great, motivational resource both for personal and professional development and obviously, for more success and FREE TIME, yes, something everyone is always looking for and something that is priceless. I especially enjoyed the tips on getting up early, something that I have always struggled with( especially in the winter). Luckily the book tells you how to do it, and I have been making a gradual progress every day, 15 minutes earlier with my main goal to be up and ready to smash it around 7AM next week. Darrin did a brilliant job, this is my favorite book of his authorship( all of them were great).

In this book, Mr Wiggins has given us some really great information about working in the mornings, transforming from a night owl to a morning bird, and setting up a habit to make exercise easy. Overcoming inertia isn't just a physics lesson, it is life lesson, and the process is the same whether it is a rock you're trying to push uphill or getting out of bed in the morning. This book helps us get there.
