This is a fantastic read but please be aware, this is a serial. Personally I love serials but I recognize they may not be everyone's cup of tea. The story is exciting, thrilling, compelling, erotic, romantic, sensual and sexy. The dialogue is smart and well written. The characters are captivating, engaging and intriguing. Hawks has really kicked up the heat and it is smoking hot! Motives begin to surface and new characters are introduced. Ghosts from the past emerge to threaten Avery and Cole. Oh my! This just gets better and better! Wealthy older stepbrother who managed to escape an abusive father and forced to leave everyone behind-check! Beautiful angry and abused stepsister trying to escape an abusive stepfather-check! Enemies with malevolent intentions-check! Blackmail, betrayal, suspense, jealousy and drama-check! Romance, heated attraction and forbidden love-check! Fantastic entertainment and an awesome read! I only have one little complaint - I love this series so much that I searched for a link to sign up for new releases but could not find anything. Hmmm....How will I know when Part Five is released? None the less, it's still a fantastic read!

If she wrote an entire book she would see that she said that last time. The story I say that loosely is juvenile. Too much whiney you said she said he said. She tries to write all scenarios into one; an abusive step dad, alcoholic mom, her brother left her, and let me be a stripper too, ooh but I am too shy. It doesnt make sense and please don't waste the 40 min it takes to read all of the excerpts.

My only problem is how many more books will these short reads of one story be made into and I find the wait for such a short reads to be a bit long! With that being said I am looking forward to the rest of ths story
