The narrator makes you feel so calm and destress so easily, I listen to it every time I just need to relax and inevitably it has me falling asleep. Highly recommend.

The narration is smoothing, peaceful and completely calm. I found the session had me drifting off sooner than I expected, as it's not easy for me to fall asleep. The affirmations were general enough so that I could associate with them in a positive way, which helped me feel more at peace quite quickly. I also enjoyed the music and have been listening to this audiobook every night since I got it.
