This is a great book that emphasizes the importanceof a good diet for a sharper brain, increased intelligence and smooth mental functioning.The author tells you what a terrific impact your diet could have on your memory. Once you areclear about this then you can use the wonderful recipes for food that will be excellent for your brain(at least that is what the author claims). I already tried a couple of them and alreadyfeeling better by controlling all the junk food that I used to take in (specially over the weekends).This book definitely has something for everyone in it. Good ideas and smart recipes !

The connection between food and the health of your mind is really interesting to me. More and more experts are saying that your mental state is linked directly to what you eat (and what you’ve eaten in the past). This book explained that are benefits to certain foods for the well being of your mind. With our fast paced society having the mental energy to help get through the day is a essential. The recipes look tasty and the information in this book will provide you a great start.

Chapter 4 was really important for me because it talks about giving up sugar (which has been really hard for me) but I was relieved to know the effects are about 2 weeks and then you're goodI enjoyed the fish recipes, they were quite delicious and would recommend this book to my friends looking to understand how diet can affect our well being and memory.
