I work from home so that I can take care of a member of my family who has been ill for quite some time. Certainly it's not their fault, but it does take a toll on me. It's pretty easy to experience burnout and that describes me perfectly. Brooklyn Lily offered a significant amount of advice on not only how to overcome burnout but how to thrive in situations which caused the issue -- namely through self-care. This is something that is so easy to forget when we are all about producing for other people. Definitely recommended as I believe it will be a big help.

2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Excellent content By Harper Walker Being a mother of 5 kids, I often suffer from caregiver burnout. I feel exhausted living with my husband's family. I try my best to be up to everyone's expectations and this really stresses me out. This book is a great gift for women like me. I'm trying to relax and give some time to myself. The chapter 3 of this book has a detailed illustration about self-care in which the author has given very useful tips. I'll definitely recommend this book to everyone in my friend circle. Thanks!
