About the Author Datrice M. Stalling is the CEO of Com2Pass, LLC. She is an enthusiastic goal setting empowerment coach. She uses inspiration and directional approaches while encouraging men and women to become serious goal setters. Datrice is a licensed minister, profound motivational speaker, author, certified life coach and voice-over artist. Her passion has encompassed invitations to empower, teach and train at Michigan State University, conferences and churches. Datrice has been employed with the State of Michigan for over 10 years. She continues to offer her time volunteering for several agencies, such as the C.A.R.E (Capital Area Response Effort) Team and the National Professional Women’s Association. She is a prolific advocate against domestic violence, offering her background to assist in reducing family violence and support women struggling in abuse. A portion of Datrice’s career afforded her the opportunity to be a homemaker and entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur and stay-at-home mom to her three children, she started her own business and became the president of the local Mocha Moms chapter in Michigan. Mocha Moms, Inc. is a support group for mothers of color who have chosen not to work full-time outside of the home in order to devote more time to their families and communities. She has exhibited her strong business acuity as a project developer and opening her own hair salon where she employs hair stylists, barbers and nail technicians. In addition, Datrice has completed several voice- overs and tutorial developmental training strategy sessions for state, government and local businesses. I loved it and after reading I felt as if I can change a few things to be more positive in my life.I would recommend this read to all. It will give you insight as to how you can be more positive in your daily life at work and at home. Very Good!

I made me wanting more. So inspiring; and Thank you for putting this all together. I've always thought that each of us play a role in this complicated world. Some of these roles may seem bigger or smaller. But they are all important. I think success is realizing that you are living God's plan for us and ensuring that you do a great job with the role he provides to us, and that means using all of our gifts.
