Being mindful is something very important and it is one thing that I would like to cultivate in myself. This book seemed to provide a detailed step by step program that will get me started with mindfulness in just eight weeks. The book contains tips and techniques on being mindful as well as the 8 week program guide. The last chapter is a good addition too as mistakes are inevitable, but if you know them you are less likely to commit them. This book is a masterpiece!
