Truly communicates how PMDD feels and how to find help and support By Amanda Lafleur As an advocate for myself and other women with this disorder, I applaud Sara for putting her fear aside so that other women can know they are not simply "crazy" or alone. This is great read for anyone with an existing or suspected diagnosis.

Like Talking To A Friend By LoverOfDoughnuts This book was okay, it's most compiled of the authors experience with PMDD and other women's stories also. The author has also compiled various medical sites' web pages on PMDD "their view" I guess, which was nice, like a discussion with a friend. I didn't learn a ton, so more of a support "you are not alone" book rather than learning how to treat.
